Returns 1.1 You have the right to return an order during the period set out below in clause 1.3 This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any reason and you decide you do not want the product, you can notify us of your decision to return the order and receive a refund minus a cancel/return fee of $10. Please return the item(s) to us. Simply visit any UPS location for assistance with the return. When the return product is received and inspection of the item(s), i.e., the tag(s) must be attached, item(s) unworn, then a refund will be issued AFTER. 1.2 Returns are: case by case bases only approved by AnwuScrubs.com. Refunds will be denied if the item(s) are not returned with tags attached and in an unworn condition. 1.3 Your right to return an order expires by the 14th day from the date of shipment otherwise all sales are final. 1.4 Details of your right to return and an explanation of how to exercise it are in the Return Policy aforementioned. 1.5 To return an order, please submit a return request using the Return Portal by the deadline mentioned above. Alternatively, all sales are final unless authorized by anwuscrubs.com or the terms described herein. Please then promptly comply with notifying us that you wish to return the order within the deadline period. We will refund the price you paid for the item(s) in accordance with clause 1.6. Refunds 1.6 If you return your order in the manner stated above in clause 1.2, we will: a. Refund full value for the price you paid for the item(s) minus a $10 cancel/return fee. b. process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 business days of (i) inspected return order, clause 1.1 1.7 Funds will be returned to the payment instrument (card) used. 1.8 Please note depending on your financial institution your cancel/refund credit may take up to 7 – 10 days to appear on your statement.
